Improve Line Painting with Custom Signage

Line Painting isn't just about setting out designated parking spots and improving road safety. Sometimes the flow of an area can be enhanced by adding signage that provides extra information to drivers.

One of the biggest problems with this type of signage is that companies often understand its importance, but then go ahead and do it themselves using the wrong type of line painting techniques. This can cause all sorts of problems, usually resulting in amateurish and non-professional line painting that needs to be redone by the professionals.

The three biggest problems we see when non-professionals have tried to do their own signage are as follows:

1. Using cheap paint: You can't use a cheap paint for line marking and signage, because it will end up costing you more money in the long run This is because the cheap paints not only look unprofessional, but they also don't last very long, particularly in extreme weather, fading quickly and needing to be repainted much sooner than you might have anticipated.
2. Using the wrong paint: Even if you buy a more expensive paint, if it isn't the right type for line painting and signage, you will still have wasted your time and money. 3. Not prepping the surfaces: Whenever road surfaces, car parks or warehouses are line marked, the surfaces need to be prepped before the paint is applied.
